A few years ago, I worked at a bar in the Valley (Brissie). I never really had many problems there, yeah the pay was shit but was just the minimum wage to the hospo sector so whatever. But there was a few international students working there under the table being paid cash by the owner. One 25 year old international student was paid $15/hour regardless of the day. No penalty rates, nothing.
