When I was working at a bar the owner used to watch the cameras remotely and call the manager on duty and micromanaged the place. Examples as to what he would say would be “Tell XY to take jumper off!”, “Tell XY they need to wipe down that other table!”, “Teach XY how to properly pour a beer”. It was insane. Would happen all the way until close at midnight.
