i worked in a gift shop for a couple of months and throughout my time there, my pay was always inconsistent. right now we are at 6 WEEKS of unpaid work, despite giving us the payslips and us emailing and threatening fairwork NUMEROUS times. 

and our owner would sometimes walk in with TWO ROLEXES (one on each arm) while driving around a MERCEDES BENZ with a CUSTOM NUMBER PLATE while he was in debt to everyone. and wouldn’t you know it … the store shuts down out of the blue and we are given no communication besides unfulfilled promises that pretty much only serve to shut us up
